Grievance and Correction Policy
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Purpose
This policy explains how to report incorrect information on an agency profile, dispute who is authorised to manage a listing, request a data correction or deletion, raise a concern about an agency's conduct, or escalate a billing issue.
How to Submit a Grievance
Grievance Officer: Ms Shivani, Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd (Vadodara, Gujarat, India) — office@gogpl.in.
Email the Grievance Officer, or office@nepaleseworker.com, including the agency name or profile URL (if relevant), your invoice number (for a billing issue), and a description of the issue.
What We Review
- Factual inaccuracies on a published agency profile
- Disputes over who is authorised to manage a listing (ownership disputes)
- Reports of unethical or unlawful recruitment practices by a listed agency, including unlawful fees charged to workers
- Requests to correct or delete personal data submitted through our forms — see our Privacy Policy §8 for the underlying rights this supports
- Billing disputes — see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the process and 30-day window
- Complaints about how an employer requirement or agency response was handled by our admin review process
Response Time
We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days of receipt, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Where a matter needs agency verification, an ownership-dispute investigation or legal review, we will tell you what is outstanding and keep you updated until it is resolved.
Ownership Disputes
If two parties both claim authority to manage the same agency listing, we suspend further profile changes to that listing pending review and may request documentary proof of authority (e.g. company registration, a letter of authorisation) from each party before deciding.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request escalation to Green Outdoors Global Pvt Ltd's management by replying to our acknowledgement email and asking for escalation. For a grievance about your personal data, where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, you may also approach the Data Protection Board of India once you have used this process.
