Responsible and Ethical Recruitment Guidance

NepaleseWorker.com exists to make it easier to find recruitment partners — not to lower the bar on how workers are treated. We expect every agency and employer using this marketplace to follow, at minimum, these principles:

• No recruitment fees charged to workers in violation of Nepal's foreign employment regulations or destination-country law.
• Transparent contracts provided to workers in a language they understand, before departure.
• No passport or document retention by employers or agencies outside of legally required, time-limited processing.
• Accurate job and wage information — no substitution of role, employer or salary after departure.
